What’s PCAP Touch Screen?

Projected capacitive touchscreen (PCAP touch panel or PCT ) is composed of a sheet of glass with embedded transparent electrode films and an IC chip, is to determine the specific position of one or more fingers by detecting the change of capacitance on the surface of the touch screen, and supports complete multi-touch functions, including complex gestures. The response speed is extremely sensitive and brings super to the user.

The capacitive touchscreen supports Finger, touch pen, Gloves input .and also supports water-proof touch control, Accurately track wet or sweaty fingers to prevent mistouch caused by water stains on the screen. The Capacitive touch screen will not stop or freeze in a wet environment.

CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Confirm Touchscreen Specs

Before start the custom development, we need to confirm the touchscreen size, structure, Hardware platform, Operating system. Using environment, Cover glass drawing, Cover glass thickness and material and as well as the touch interface and so on. One all parameters are confirmed, we will provide the drawing for your confirmation .and change till customer satisfied.

Sample Making

After drawing confirmed, we will start for sample making.

Touch Interface (Usb/ Rs232/I2C ). Firmware Debugging

After sample making, we will debug a firmware based on the Custom Touchscreen.

Sample Testing

Customer will test the custom PCAP touchscreen and feedback us the situation, if necessary, we may re-debug the firmware till proper work, and we can provide remote assist to solve technical problem. Which beyond our service location.

Mass Production

Once sample approved. we can enter to mass production.
